Visualizing Brain Information Processing via Multi-Modal Integration

چکیده

脳の複雑で柔軟な情報処理の仕組みを理解するためには,処理を担う脳部位を特定するだけでなく,脳部位間のダイナミックな情報のやり取りを解明することが必要不可欠です.しかし,ヒトを対象にした脳研究では,現在の脳計測法の限界から,このようなダイナミックな脳情報の可視化は困難です.我々の研究室では,複数のデータをソフトウェア的に統合して,一つの計測では達成できない脳情報の可視化を目指した研究開発を15 年以上進めてきました.本稿では,空間解像度に優れたfMRI データと時間解像度に優れた脳波・脳磁図を組み合わせて,高い時間・空間解像度での脳情報の可視化を目指す電流源推定法とその応用技術である電流信号伝達マッピング法について紹介します.
